Cancellation and Refund

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

• To request cancellation, please email us at help.preciouswear@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 90232 67662 with your order number.

• Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, and only after verification by our team.

• If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• No refunds will be issued for missing items from product sets (like blouse pieces, dupattas, pants) once delivered.

Important:

• You must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images via email.

• Refunds will not be initiated without proper proof and approval from our support team.
