Terms and condition
By placing an order with PRECIOUSWEAR, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Care Responsibility
Customers are expected to handle products with utmost care while they are in their possession. Any damage caused due to mishandling after delivery is not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Package Contents
Each order includes all listed items as shown in the product description and images. For example, sarees will include the blouse piece, and kurta sets will include the dupatta and pants if mentioned.
Missing items from sets will not be considered for refund or exchange. Please check the complete contents upon delivery.
3. Non-Receipt of Delivered Order
If you receive an SMS or email indicating your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours to investigate and resolve the issue.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you believe the product delivered is damaged or not as per the standard, you must inform us within 1 day of receiving the order.
